Day in and day out, we attempt to improve the quality of our products, and we take any errors very seriously. The following instructions will help you to get your enquiry dealt with correctly and quickly.

If you are a private customer, you must send your complaint to the distribution partner or contractor who purchased the windows and doors in question through Kastrup Windows.

The distribution partner is our customer and is responsible for fitting your windows and doors correctly. It is also the distribution partner who, in the first instance, must inspect the error.

If your complaint about the error is warranted, the distribution partner will contact us.

If it is not possible to contact your distribution partner or contractor (e.g. due to bankruptcy, retirement, or similar) you can send your enquiry directly to us at uk@kastrupvinduet.dk
