If you are a private customer, you must send your complaint to the distribution partner or contractor who purchased the windows and doors in question through Kastrup Windows.
The distribution partner is our customer and is responsible for fitting your windows and doors correctly. It is also the distribution partner who, in the first instance, must inspect the error.
If your complaint about the error is warranted, the distribution partner will contact us.
If it is not possible to contact your distribution partner or contractor (e.g. due to bankruptcy, retirement, or similar) you can send your enquiry directly to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
